Case Study: Sift Media - Employee Engagement and Hybrid Working Project - Completed Spring 2022

An employee engagement and hybrid working project was delivered to Sift, Digital B2B Media Experts with a head office in Bristol.

The challenge.

Following the pandemic, Sift decided to downsize their office from two floors to one, wanting support on the best way to manage their 71 employees’ work patterns to ensure their office visits were well utilised.

What we did.

We delivered an employee engagement survey and focus groups to gather an understanding of the needs, issues, and ideas of their employees. Revealing a need for a formal framework and etiquette on how teams would communicate together to find the best way for them to work, as well as employees wanting to re-store the pre-pandemic workplace culture. We were able to provide a full report of results and recommendations relating to their culture, hybrid framework, technology, and workplace design.
